1. Where are Geovita facilities located? Our holiday resorts, hotels, and conference centers are located in the most beautiful regions of Poland. We invite you to the seaside (e.g. Dźwirzyno, Mrzeżyno), the mountains (e.g. Zakopane, Wisła, Krynica-Zdrój), and the lakes (e.g. Jadwisin). 2. How can I book a stay at a Geovita facility? Reservations can be made in the most convenient way for you:
- Online: via the booking system on our website www.geovita.pl, choosing the facility and date you are interested in.
- By phone: by contacting the reception of the selected facility directly. Phone numbers are available on the subpages of each facility.
- By email: by sending an inquiry to the email address of the chosen hotel or center.
3. What is usually included in the price of the stay? The standard price includes accommodation and breakfast served buffet-style. Many of our package offers also include additional meals (dinner), unlimited access to the pool area or saunas, as well as free parking and Wi-Fi access. The detailed scope of services is always described in the terms of the particular offer.
4. Are Geovita facilities family-friendly? Definitely yes! Most of our facilities are prepared to welcome the youngest guests. We offer, among others, travel cots, high chairs in restaurants, as well as playgrounds and playrooms. During holidays and winter breaks, we often organize animations and activities for children.
5. Can you come to Geovita facilities with pets? We accept stays with small pets in selected facilities and rooms. The intention to arrive with a pet should be reported at the reservation stage. This usually involves an additional fee. Please contact the reception of the given facility directly to confirm availability and conditions.
6. Do all Geovita facilities have a SPA & Wellness area? Most of our facilities have an extensive SPA & Wellness zone with pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and a wide range of treatments. The range of available services may vary depending on the facility, so we encourage you to check the details on the subpage of the chosen hotel in the "Recreation&SPA" tab.
7. What are the hotel check-in and check-out hours? The standard hotel day in our facilities starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please contact the reception – we will try to assist subject to room availability.
8. What are the cancellation or booking change policies? Cancellation terms depend on the selected offer. Flexible offers allow free cancellation from a few days before the planned arrival until the check-in day. Non-refundable offers feature a lower price but require prepayment and do not allow free cancellation. All details are included in the offer's terms which you accept when booking.
9. Does Geovita offer special packages or promotions? Yes, we regularly prepare attractive stay packages and special offers, such as holiday packages, winter breaks, summer vacations, long weekends, or SPA stays. 10. Can conferences or corporate events be organized at Geovita facilities? Certainly. We have professional conference centers equipped with modern audiovisual equipment. We offer comprehensive organization of training, conferences, banquets, and integration trips, providing support from a dedicated coordinator, accommodation, and catering facilities.
