• the basis for undergoing a rehabilitation stay is the possession of a valid disability certificate
• hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure
• all rehabilitation treatments and pool gymnastics are performed Monday to Friday
• pool and sauna open in the afternoon hours, current information always at the reception
• diet changes must be submitted one day in advance
• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value
• we care about the safety of children in our facility. Therefore, upon check-in, we will ask you to present an identity document and provide personal data of the children who will be staying with you. Additionally, we will require a document confirming the degree of kinship or other relationship with the person the children will stay with in our facility.
